Overview
Dr. Syed Muhammad Afraz Hassan Gillani completed his Dual Ph.D. (Corporative Doctorate) from Bonn-Rhein- Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Germany in collaboration with the from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) with distinction by having Merit Award and Best Ph.D. Student Award. His research interests include SME policy development in developing countries, entrepreneurship, and academia-industrial relationship. He has sixteen years of research & teaching experience in the field of entrepreneurship development in leading universities in European, American, African, and Asian countries. He worked as a Project coordinator of a BMZ-funded project “The German-African University Partnership Platform for Entrepreneurship development” from 2015 to 2018. Currently, he is working as a permanent faculty member and Manager Execution (Industrial Linkages) Business Incubation Center at Government College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan. In addition, he holds a position as CEO of Globiz Connect International

Projects Conducted:
- Working as Manager (Industrial Linkage) in Business Incubation Center, GC University, Faisalabad which is a Higher Education Commission-funded project. Selected and trained 40-plus incubates to successfully launch their start-ups since 2018.
- Worked as BMZ funded Project coordinator of ‘German-African University Partnership Platform for the Development of Entrepreneurs and small/Medium Enterprises’ at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Germany
